HAVE OPINIONS THAT COST YOU FOLLOWERS. If everyone agrees with you, you're not saying anything. The posts that get you haters also get you superfans. Superfans buy. Haters share your content for free. Both are useful.

SHOW THE PROCESS, NOT JUST THE RESULTS. Film yourself working. Share your failures. Talk about what didn't work. Vulnerability is the ultimate brand differentiator because most people are too scared to do it.
